You may have just saved the word "awareness" for me. I am aware of a smile on my face and the smell of my afternoon green tea which is better than the smell of what gets on the chicken eggs. Now I'm feeling a belly laugh........

It can be useful to know that it's NOT possible to ruminate and to be fully body aware at the same time. Since a good deal of rumination can be stressful, body awareness is an easy way to turn your back on stress.
