Are you taking magnesium? How much? What kind?

Mardi, I am about a week and a half into the Plant Paradox diet. I’m eating tons of the approved veggies and a lesser amount of proteins from wild caught fish, small amounts of the diet-approved dairy and nuts, etc. Lots of avocado oil and olive oil, as well as whole avocados. So far, no real changes that I can see. My constipation has actually gotten worse. I think my body is not breaking down fiber very well, though I am chewing everything as well as I can. I’m going to give this another week or two, and then I may do a low fiber diet for a week just to see if that does anything. I welcome any thoughts you may have? I’m also taking digestive enzymes and spore probiotics that my functional medicine doctor recommended.
